Warranty Terms
Hearthartsinn provides a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase on all operational related features of the fireplace.
The warranty does not cover any product damage that occurs during shipping or product damage caused by improper handling or installation of the product.
The warranty does not cover chips, scratches and broken glass. For items that arrive damaged, please refer to the Return Policy section for defective or damaged items.
Items deemed unrepairable will be replaced with the same or similar model.
Warranty service is available upon presentation of a dated receipt and is strictly limited to factory repair of defective parts.
Installation costs will not be reimbursed as damages for any reason.
The manufacturer will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential defects in goods or individuals.
The warranty does not apply if the unit is subjected to abnormal use or is used in conditions not intended.
The warranty does not apply if the unit is damaged or in an accident due to negligence, or if the unit is damaged due to failure to maintain and care for the unit or due to material alterations.

Photos and videos related to your claim (make sure they are clear, well-lit, and taken from multiple angles to fully demonstrate the issue)
Contact service@hearthartsinn.com and we will respond within 1 business day and your warranty replacement part will be shipped if we believe the part is defective. We will notify you as soon as possible if the claim is denied or more information is needed. Approved warranties will be processed as an exchange. Hearthartsinn.com will cover the shipping costs to and from the customer for both the defective and warranty products. However, if the part sent in for repair/testing is found to be non-defective, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs. Likewise, if the part is out of warranty and the customer requests a repair/replacement, they will be responsible for all shipping and repair costs.
By purchasing a fireplace, the warranty automatically takes effect and you understand and agree that you are providing your personal information to Hearthartsinn in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. Hearthartsinn products come with a standard 5-year warranty on operational related features only from the date of purchase. Upon receipt of a warranty claim, Hearthartsinn reserves the right to approve or deny the claim based on the information and evidence submitted.
