1. Refund Eligibility

At HeartHartsInn.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a refund under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Products must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, including all original packaging and tags.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required.

Note:If the product is of quality problem or damaged, we provide free return. If the customer does not like the product, etc., they need to pay for the return shipping fee and charge a return fee of 10% of the order amount.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:a

  2. Return Instructions: We will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. Return Shipping: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 2 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged.
  • Items returned after the 30-day period.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If the order is already in production, order cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the order amount. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled but can be returned according to our refund policy.
