How to customize a fireplace?
You can share your custom requirements by contacting service@hearthartsinn.com. For existing styles, we can customize the size, color, chimney length. For styles that we don’t have, you can provide your requirements and we will make a design for you, or a fireplace reference picture.
Customization Process
STEP 1. Confirm your needs and contact us
Products from our website:
- Select product: Browse our website and select the product you want to customize.
- Provide information: Let us know the size, color, and other requirements you want to customize, and also include the product name or picture.
- Share your space: For a more customized experience, send us a picture or description of your intended application space. Not sure what size or color will work best for your room? No problem! Simply provide us with your room dimensions and ceiling height, and our team of professional designers will tailor a unique solution just for you.
Customize products from other sources:
- Provide inspiration: If you found a fireplace on another website or in-store, please share with us a picture, design sketch, or web link of that product.
- Specify requirements: Detail your preferred color, size, or other specifications.
- Get expert guidance: Not sure which design will work best for your space? Don't worry, provide us with your room dimensions and ceiling height, and our team will tailor a design just for you.
STEP 2. Drafts and pricing at our factory
- Receive a draft: Our factory will create a detailed draft of your custom design.
- Review Pricing: Along with the draft, we will provide a comprehensive price quote for your approval.
STEP 3. Production Confirmation
- Complete your design: Once you are happy with the design and price, confirm your order.
- Start Production: Our skilled craftsmen will begin crafting your custom fireplace with the utmost care and precision.
STEP 4. Finished and shipped
- Once the product is ready, we will contact you immediately and send you product pictures or videos via email or SMS for your confirmation. After receiving your confirmation, we will arrange shipment.

- Completed units were documented with photos and/or videos and shared with the client for pre-delivery confirmation of appearance.

- After client confirmation, arranged shipment to the specified address.
